合肥市某办公建筑空气源热泵冷热联供系统技术经济分析

摘要 本文根据合肥市某办公建筑的现有空调系统,分析了其存在的能耗利用不合理的问题,并根据实际情况给出了一种利用空气源热泵冷热联供系统的改造方案,使得该建筑空调系统在夏季工况下的能效比提升了52%。通过对改造方案经济性的分析得出,采用该改造方案,每年可节约电费约3.3万元,静态投资回收期为7.58年。 According to the existing air conditioning system of an office building in Hefei, this paper analyses the unreasonable problem of energy consumption utilization, and presents an improve scheme of air source heat pump combined cooling and heating system, which improves the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioning system by 52% in summer. Through the analysis of the economy of the transformation scheme, it is concluded that the electricity cost can be saved by about 33,000 yuan per year and the static investment payback period is 7.58 years.
