振动搅拌对活性粉末混凝土性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以活性粉末混凝土为研究对象,采用双卧轴振动搅拌方式拌和混凝土,与双卧轴强制搅拌进行对比,开展工作性、强度、耐久性、细观等一系列试验,研究振动搅拌对活性粉末混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,振动搅拌使混凝土工作性得到显著改善,有利于减少活性粉末混凝土浅表孔结构缺陷,从而提高混凝土强度、抵抗氯离子扩散能力。 The reactive powder concrete as the research object,using horizontal shaft vibrating mixing concrete,and double horizontal shaft forced mixing of work,strength,durability,microstructure and a series of experiments,study of vibratory mixing effect on the performance of reactive powder concrete.The results show that the vibration mixing can improve the workability of concrete,reduce the defects of the surface pore structure of reactive powder concrete,and improve the strength of concrete and resistance to chloride ion diffusion.
