再生骨料替代率对混凝土抗压强度影响的研究 被引量:22

摘要 为探究再生粗骨料替代率对再生混凝土及再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,揭示再生粗骨料替代率在50%时,再生保温混凝土抗压强度出现突变的原因,对替代率为50%附近进行数据点加密,设计了15种再生粗骨料替代率,分别为0、10%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%、55%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%,对再生混凝土及再生保温混凝土进行抗压强度试验。研究表明:随着再生骨料替代率的增加,再生混凝土与再生保温混凝土的抗压强度均呈减小的趋势;再生骨料替代率小于30%时,再生粗骨料替代率对再生混凝土及再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响较小;再生粗骨料替代率较大时(大于30%时)对再生混凝土及再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响较大,100%替代率时,抗压强度分别减小了11.2%、17.9%。 In order to explore the influence of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of recycledaggregate concrete(RAC)and recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete(RATIC)and revealthe reasons for the sudden change in compressive strength of RATIC when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%.The number of data points was increased around 50%,and 15 kinds of replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregates were designed as 0,10%,20%,25%,30%,35%,40%,45%,50%,55 %,60%,70%,80%,90% and 100% respectively.The compressive strength test of RAC and RATIC was carried out.The results show that the compressive strength of RAC and RATIC are decreasing with the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate.The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has little effect on the compressive strength of RAC and RATIC when the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is less than 30%.When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is larger(greater than 30%),the compressive strength of RAC and RATIC is greatly affected.And the compressive strength of RAC and RATIC decreases by 11.2% and 17.9% respectively when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 100%.
