摘要
通过研究纤维掺量的不同对其混凝土的力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着纤维体积率的增加,高强钢纤维增加混凝土的轴心的抗压能力、立方体的抗压能力、劈裂抗拉伸能力均逐渐增加,尤其是劈裂抗拉强度具有显著的提高,相比于纤维体积率为0.6%,在纤维体积率为1.8%时,轴心抗压强度提高了约6.22%,立方体抗压强度提高了约10.17%,劈裂抗拉强度提高了约25.90%。随着纤维体积率的变化,高强钢纤维增强混凝土的弹性模量及泊松比的变化非常小,加入钢纤维,混凝土韧性具有明显的增强效果。
Based on the related research,the steam solidified high strength steel reinforced concrete was prepared,and the mechanical properties of the high performance concrete reinforced by steel fiber were studied.The study shows that with the increase of fiber volume ratio,the axial compression strength,cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete are increased gradually,especially the splitting tensile strength has a significant increase.Compared with the fiber volume rate of0.6%,the axial compression strength is raised at the fiber volume rate of 1.8%.It is about 6.22% higher,the cube compressive strength is increased by about 10.17%,and the splitting tensile strength has increased by about 25.90%.With the change of fiber volume ratio,the change of modulus of elasticity and Poisson′s ratio of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete is very small,and the toughness of concrete is obviously enhanced with the addition of steel fiber.
