摘要 以铁尾矿砂混凝土为研究对象,将不同比例的铁尾矿砂与天然砂混合制备铁尾矿砂混凝土用于道路工程领域,研究铁尾矿砂掺量对混凝土抗弯拉强度、抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗渗性、干缩性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:掺加铁尾矿砂的各组混凝土拌合物工作性良好,达到了路用新拌混凝土的施工要求;所有尾矿砂混合混凝土28 d时的抗弯拉强度和抗压强度均达到设计要求,28 d抗弯拉强度和抗压强度较7 d增幅分别在45%~111%和36%~50%之间,随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加,干缩应变值增加28.1μm,抗渗性减少8.2 mm,磨损量增加0.09 kg/m2。 Aiming at studying the iron tailings for highway engineering field,the influence of mixing different ratio of tailing sand on working flexural strength and compressive strength and splitting strength and anti-permeability and shrinkage and abrasive resistance of concrete were studied.Concrete mixture construction performance and mechanical strength,which using different proportion of iron tailings replace natural sand.The results reveal that each group of concrete with tailing sand has good working performance,reach the standard of construction of green concrete.All 28 d tail sand mixed concrete flexural strength and compressive strength were all coming to the design requirements.Tail sand mixed concrete flexural strength and compressive strength in 28 d are growth more than between 45%~111%and 36%~111% in 7 d.With the increase of the tail sand,the shrinkage strain increase 28.1 μm,the anti-permeability decrease 8.2 mm,the abrasive resistance increase 0.09 kg/m2.
