摘要 针对注水井分层测压中出现的两条压力曲线完全重合、测试数据不准确或缺失的问题,对油田中常见封隔器内部结构、分层测压工艺进行了深入分析,得到封隔器解封、压力计密封圈损坏和压力计测试数据不准确是影响分层测压的重要因素。通过测前封隔器验封、采用新型密封圈、改变测压工艺流程的方式保证了测试数据的有效性和准确性。大量的现场数据分析结果表明改进措施在现场应用中提高了分层测压数据的准确性,反映出较为详实的地质状况,能为油田生产动态方案调整提供重要依据。 Aiming at the problems of two pressure curves coinciding completely and the test data inaccuracy or missing of stratified pressure measurement in the water injection wells,the working principle and internal structure of common packers in oil fields are analyzed deeply,the important factors affecting the stratified pressure measurement are got,which are the packer release,the damage of the pressure gauge seal ring and the inaccuracy of the pressure gauge test data. For the two major influence factors of packers and manometer,the validity and accuracy of test data can be guaranteed by pre-test packer sealing test adopting a new sealing ring and changing pressure measurement process. A large number of field data analysis results show that the measures can improve the accuracy of stratified pressure measurement data in field applications,reflect the more detailed geological conditions,and provide an important basis for the adjustment of oilfield production dynamic programs.
