1000 MW机组末两级低压加热器疏水不畅原因分析及处理

摘要 针对皖能铜陵发电有限公司1 000 MW机组末两级低压加热器疏水系统长期存在的疏水不畅原因进行了分析,指出疏水管道布置不合理是造成疏水不畅的主要原因,并根据现场条件制定出降低疏水汇合点位置的改造方案。运行证明了改造效果良好,可为其他电厂处理类似问题提供借鉴。 According to the analysis of the long-standing hydrophobicity problem of the hydrophobic system of a low-pressure heater of a 1 000 MW unit in Wanneng Tongling Power Generation Co., Ltd., it is pointed out that the unreasonable layout of the hydrophobic pipeline is the main reason for the poor hydrophobicity. A retrofit solution was designed to lower the location of the hydrophobic junction. After operation, it has been proved that the retrofit effect is good, which can provide references for other power plants to deal with the similar problems.
