摘要
针对山西漳泽电力股份有限公司河津发电分公司一期机组凝汽器换热管为铜管时面临的发电水消耗偏高的问题,采取将凝汽器铜管更换为不锈钢管、对弱酸床进行优化调整试验、进行循环水缓蚀阻垢试验等措施,有效提高了循环水浓缩倍率,大大降低了循环水补水量,节水效果十分明显。
When the condenser heat exchanger tube of the unit is a copper tube, the power consumption is high. In view of the problem in Shanxi Zhangze Electric Power Hejin Power Generation Branch, the condenser copper tube was replaced with a stainless steel tube, the weak acid bed was adjusted to be optimized and circulatory water corrosion and scale inhibition test was carried out. The concentration ratio of circulatory water was thus increased effectively and the circulatory water replenishment is reduced greatly. Water saving effect is obvious.
