摘要
国际工程项目由于其环境的不确定性和项目的复杂性导致项目的投资风险频发.通过对文献的分析和总结,对国际工程项目的投资风险因素进行了识别并建立了相关风险因素的指标体系.提出采用层次分析法和熵权法确定综合权重的多级模糊综合评价模型对国际工程项目投资风险进行风险评价分析的方法.最后结合实际案例进行了实证分析与计算,验证了模型的可行性,并针对国际工程项目投资风险防范提出了相应的建议.
International engineering projects cause frequent investment risks due to environmental uncertainty and project complexity.Through the analysis and summary of the literature,the investment risk factors of international engineering projects are identified and an index system of relevant risk factors is established.And a fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is proposed based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weights.Finally,the analysis and calculation are carried out in combination with actual cases,the feasibility of the model is verified,and corresponding conclusions and suggestions are put forward for the investment risk decision of international engineering projects.
