国有林场森林防火工作存在的问题及对策

Existing Problems in Forest-fire Control on State-owned Forest Farms and Targeted Measures

本文分析了国有林场森林防火工作存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了国有林场森林火灾的主要对策,即落实森林防火责任制、细化管理、编制与演练应急预案、做好宣传工作、加强火源管理、队伍建设、建设生物防火林带、建立专项资金制度、强化督查追责,以期对国有林场提高森林防火效果、保护森林资源安全提供借鉴与参考。

In this paper,an analysis was made on the existing problems in forest-fire control on state-owned forest farms and main targeted measures for the forest-fire control were put forward so as to provide reference for improving forest-fire control effects on stateowned forest farms and safeguarding security of forest resources,and these measures include implementation of the forest-fire control responsibility system,refined management,establishment and drill of the contingency plan,good publicity,strict fire source control,team construction,establishment of biological fire prevention forest belts,establishment of the special fund system and strengthened supervision and accountability system.
