摘要
本文依托贵州市鸭池河特大桥钢桥面铺装下面层用浇筑式沥青混凝土GA-10的实体工程,分析了该特大桥钢桥面铺装组合结构,对浇筑式沥青混凝土GA-10的原料进行试验分析,确定最佳沥青用量为7.9%,合成级配为7~11mm∶4~7 mm∶0~4 mm∶矿粉=19∶22∶29∶30时,混合料的各项性能指标均满足设计要求。经过施工现场检测试验证明:该浇筑式沥青混凝土GA-10具有良好的耐久性、防水性、抗疲劳性以及桥板面追从性。
This paper relies on the solid engineering of the guss-asphalt concrete GA-10 on the bottom of the steel bridge deck pavement of the Guizhou Yachi River Bridge.This paper analyzes the combined structure of steel bridge deck pavement of the project.The experimental analyzes the raw material of guss-asphalt concrete GA-10,and determines the best asphalt content is 7.9%,and determines the synthetic gradation is:7~11 mm:4~7 mm:0~4 mm:mineral powder=19:22:29:30.At this time,all the performance indexes of the mixture meet the design requirements.After testing in the construction site,it is prove that the guss-asphalt concrete GA-10 has good durability,waterproof,fatigue resistance and the chasing of the bridge surface.
