新时代中国矿业高质量发展研究

Study on the high quality development of China mining industry in the new era

矿产资源始终是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,矿业对中国经济建设的贡献和影响都很巨大。中国是矿产资源大国,也是矿业大国,中国经济转向高质量发展的巨大潜力和增长空间对矿产资源的需求将持续增长。本文首先阐述了中国矿业发展取得的历史性进步,分析了我国矿业发展面临的资源基础、规模结构、开发利用、技术装备和政策环境等问题;根据新时代对经济高质量发展的要求,提出通过加大找矿力度、促进结构调整、加强科技创新、做好政策落实、推动绿色发展等,为全面推进矿业高质量发展在资源保障、提升发展动力,以及改善发展环境等方面创造条件。

Mineral resources are an important material basis for economic and social development throughout,and the mining industry has the dramatic contribution and influence on China’s economic construction.As we know,China is a big country with rich mineral resources,also is a big country with the mining industry.China’s economy to high-quality development has the great potential and growth space to make the demand of the mineral resources continue to grow.The authors discuss the historical progress of China’s mining industry development,and analyze the problems including the resource base,scale structure,development and utilization,technical equipment and policy environment,and so on.According to the requirements of the new era for high-quality economic development,it is suggested that we should strengthen mineral prospecting,promote structural adjustment,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,implement policies and promote green development,meanwhile,we create the conditions to promote the high-quality development of mining industry in an all-round way,in respects of resource guarantee,promotion of development power and improvement of development environment.
