取卵术中卵泡冲洗次数与体外受精胚胎移植结局关系的回顾性研究 被引量:1

Retrospective Study on the Relationship between the Number of Follicle Rinse During Oocyte Retrieval Operation and the Ending of In-vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer

摘要 目的:研究取卵术中卵泡冲洗次数与卵子质量、受精率及妊娠结局的关系。方法:选择2013年1月—2017年12月在我科行体外受精胚胎移植助孕的病例,按照取卵日经阴道穿刺取卵术中卵泡冲洗次数分成四组:A组未行卵泡冲洗; B组冲洗1~5次; C组冲洗6~10次; D组冲洗11~15次。比较各组MII卵率、受精率以及妊娠率的不同,分析卵泡冲洗次数同妊娠结局的关系。结果:A组与B组MII卵率、受精率及妊娠率无明显差异,C组和D组各项值均低于A组和B组,其中D组的受精率和妊娠率更低。C组和D组的MII卵率无明显差异。结论:取卵术中卵泡冲洗次数可以预测卵子的成熟率、受精率和妊娠率,冲洗次数越少,卵子成熟度越好,受精率越高,妊娠结局越好,反之则越低。 Objective:To research the relationship between the number of follicle rinse during oocyte retrieval operations and the quality of ovum,fertility rate and pregnancy outcome.Methods:Cases of in-vitro fertilization between January 2013 and December 2017 were selected and divided into four groups by the number of follicle rinses during oocyte retrieval operations.Group A:No follicle rinse;group B:the number of follicle rinses is 1~5;group C:the number of follicle rinses is 6~10;group D:the number of follicle rinses is 11~15.Compare the MII ovum rate,fertility rate and pregnancy rate of each group,analyze the relationship between the number of follicle rinses and pregnancy outcome.Results:There were no significant difference of MII ovum rates,fertility rates and pregnancy rates between group A and group B,the values of group C and group D were all lower than group A and group B,the fertility rate and pregnancy rate of group D were more lower.There was no significant difference of MII ovum rates between group C and group D.Conclusion:The number of follicle rinses can be used to predict the maturing rate of ovum,fertility rate and pregnancy rate.Small number of follicle rinses predicts good maturity of ovum,high fertility rate and good pregnancy outcome,otherwise the lower.
