38例HIV抗体阳性马尔尼菲蓝状菌的分离鉴定体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结马尔尼菲蓝状菌的双相培养鉴定体会,以期提高人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体阳性合并马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染的诊断准确率。方法:选取我院2010年6月—2017年12月收治的HIV抗体阳性的38例患者的血液及骨髓样本进行培养,培养仪器为Bact/ALERT 3D全自动血培养仪,阳性报警后转种于沙保罗琼脂平板上分别于25℃与37℃进行培育,对菌落特征与镜下形态进行观察。结果:马尔尼菲蓝状菌为双相型真菌,25℃培养为霉菌样菌落,周围有水溶性玫瑰红色素。镜下为卵圆形或圆形,光滑的孢子,孢间连体明显,菌丝细长分隔,帚状枝典型,两轮生多见,少数单轮生; 37℃培养为酵母样菌落,镜下为圆形、卵圆形、腊肠样孢子,无色素。结论:艾滋病患者容易感染马尔尼菲蓝状菌,沙保罗培养基双相培养鉴定是确诊马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染的主要方法。
