摘要
通过水热法将CuS与碳化棉织物复合成功制备CuS/碳化棉织物柔性电极。SEM、XRD、拉曼测试表明,六方晶系CuS颗粒成功被负载到碳化棉织物上,且CuS/碳化棉织物的石墨化程度较碳化棉织物有所提高。电化学测试表明,CuS/碳化棉织物柔性电极在电流密度为2mA/cm^2下比电容为1860mF/cm^2;经2000次循环后,比电容保持率为92%。CuS/碳化棉织物柔性电极轻质便携,具有良好的电化学性能,在智能纺织品及柔性智能器件中具有很好的应用前景。
The CuS/carbonized cotton fabric flexible electrode was prepared successfully through combining CuS with carbonized cotton fabric by the hydrothermal method.The SEM,XRD and Raman tests showed that hexagonal CuS particles were deposited successfully on the carbonized cotton fabric,and the graphitization degree of the CuS/carbonized cotton fabric was improved compared with that of the carbonized cotton fabric.The electrochemical test showed that the specific capacitance of the CuS/carbonized cotton fabric flexible electrode was 1 860 mF/cm^2 at the current density of 2 mA/cm^2 .After 2 000 cycles,the specific capacitance retention rate was 92%.As the CuS/ carbonized cotton fabric flexible electrode was light,portable,and had excellent electrochemical properties,it had a good application prospect in intelligent textiles and flexible intelligent devices.
