摘要
主要研究了不同等级的自然风力对绝缘子结构的影响,由于绝缘子在使用过程中需要承受不同等级的风力,为了检测绝缘子能够承受的最大风力,防止绝缘子在损伤的情况下继续使用,运用了ANSYS Workbench软件分析绝缘子在不同等级风力下的位移变形量以及应力变化。结果显示,绝缘子的明显变形主要体现在6级风级以上。当风级大于6级,注意绝缘子的使用情况。
The influence of different levels of natural wind on the structure of the insulator was studied.Since the insulator needs to withstand different levels of wind during use,in order to detect the maximum wind that the insulator can withstand and prevent the insulator from continuing to be used in the event of damage,ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the displacement deformation and stress variation of insulators under different levels of wind.The results show that the obvious deformation of the insulator is mainly reflected in the 6th grade.During the use of the insulator,when the wind level is greater than 6,the use of the insulator should be paid attention to.
