摘要
为了提高试飞数据处理分析效率,进行了发动机数据处理方法研究。通过分析试飞科目数据处理逻辑,分解数据处理所需提取的参数和处理算法,完成了炽热部位温度测量、空中起动、性能特性的数据统计和计算。并对结合测试遥测和机上数据实时处理,即时获取数据处理结果的方案进行了讨论。提出的方法将数据处理的判定逻辑显性化,使其便于通过计算机完成,缩短了数据处理时间,也为数据深度挖掘提供了素材。
In order to improve the efficiency of flight test data processing and analysis,aprocessing method of engine test data was studied.By analyzing flight test data processing logic,the parameters and algorithms needed were decomposed.The data statistics and calculation of hot spot temperature measurement,air start and performance characteristics were completed.The scheme of obtaining data processing results in real time by combining the telemetry of the test and the data processing on the computer was discussed.The method makes data processing logic more structured and can be accomplished by computer.It shortens the data processing time and provides material for data excavation.
