Research on the Teaching Modle "Double Tutorial" Studio for Hospitality Management

"双导师制"工作室教学模式以工作室为载体,将理论课程与生产实践融为一体,使学生和员工在学校和企业的指导下完成实践项目,全面提升设计能力和综合素质。在对酒店管理专业应用"双导师制"工作室人才培养模式的必要性和可行性分析的基础上,归纳总结高职院校酒店管理专业的培养实践,探索酒店管理专业培养的定位、工作室的组建、工作室教学模式的实施流程,并总结工作室运行的师承机制、共享机制、传承机制和凝聚力机制等。

The teaching mode of"Double Tutorial"studio takes the studio as the carrier,combines the theory course with the production practice,and enables the students and employees to complete the practical projects under the guidance of the tutors of schools and enterprises,and comprehensively improves the design ability and comprehensive quality.Through summarizing the training practice of hospitality management specialty in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the orientation of hotel management specialty training,the establishment of studios,and the implementation process of studio teaching mode.At the same time,this study summarizes the mechanism,sharing mechanism,inheritance mechanism and cohesive force mechanism of studio operation.
