摘要
近年来,航空机载电子设备技术不断提升,在这过程中大量元器件被应用于航空机载产品。元器件已成为产品的主要构成之一。元器件的采购供应也成为了产品研制过程中重要的一环。而由于国际环境及行业原因,不同元器件采购供应周期区别较大。导致了产品研制周期不确定性增加,对企业的市场竞争力造成了不容忽视的影响。为了缩短产品研制周期,加强企业市场竞争力,文章通过对元器件选择、采购供应流程的分析研究,提出了一种元器件供应周期控制的方法。通过对历史采购数据的挖掘,建立元器件供应周期分析评估模型。通过预先对元器件采购周期进行评估,实现了元器件供采购供应周期的前置控制管理,有效降低了企业元器件供应周期不确定性,缩短了企业产品研制周期。
In recent years, aviation airborne electronic equipment technology has been continuously improved, and a large number of components have been applied to aviation airborne products in the process. Components have become one of the main components of the product. The procurement and supply of components has also become an important part of the product development process. Due to international environmental and industry reasons, the procurement cycle of different components is quite different. This has led to an increase in the uncertainty of the product development cycle, which has an impact on the market competitiveness of enterprises. In order to shorten the product development cycle and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise market, this paper proposes a method of component supply cycle control through analysis and research on component selection and procurement supply process. Through the mining of historical procurement data, the component supply cycle analysis and evaluation model is established. By pre-evaluating the procurement cycle of components, the pre-control management of components for the procurement and supply cycle is realized, which effectively reduces the uncertainty of the component supply cycle and shortens the product development cycle.
