李海松教授运用“诱因辨证”改善精液质量经验

Prof. Li Haisong's experiences in improving semen quality by the differentiation of inducing factors

近年来男性精液质量呈现逐渐下降的趋势,精液质量不佳已经成为男性不育的重要发病因素。对于这一因素中医学早有认识,但对于通过"诱因辨证"提高精液质量尚未系统论述。李海松教授在多年的临床工作中发现当前人类生活环境内的许多因素都对男性精液质量有着不同的影响。他认为不良的生活习惯、职业、环境等因素,会对人体产生不同程度的损害。这些诱因长期存在于患者生活环境中,将逐渐导致肾虚、肝郁、血瘀等致病机理的发生,从而使男性精液质量下降,最终影响男性的生育能力。临床治疗上,李教授参考不同诱发因素,结合不同患者体质,在补脾肾等同时,兼顾疏肝活血,常常可获良效。文章将李海松教授在"诱因辨证"中的治疗经验进行了初步总结,希望为临床诊疗提供新的思路。

In recent years,the semen quality is getting reduced. The poor quality of semen becomes the important factor of male sterility,which had been early recognized in TCM. But,there was no statement on improving semen quality by the differentiation of inducing factors. Prof. Li Haisong discovered in the clinical practice for years that many factors in the present human habitat affect the semen quality. He believes that the unhealthy living style,occupation and environment bring the damages to human body. These inducing factors in the living conditions of the patients lead to kidney deficiency,liver stagnation and blood stagnation,and the semen quality is reduced. Consequently,the reproductive ability of male is affected. In clinical treatment,based on the different inducing factors and in combination with the body constitution of patient,while tonifying the spleen and kidney,the liver qi is regulated and blood circulation is activated. The therapeutic effects are satisfactory. In the paper,Prof. Li Haisong’s experiences in improving semen quality by the differentiation of inducing factors were summarized preliminarily so as to provide the new approach to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
