基于网络文本分析法的城市景区游客失望分析——以长沙七大城市景区为例

Analyses of Disappointment of Tourists in Urban Scenic Spots Based on Network Text Analysis: A case study of the seven major urban scenic areas in Changsha

应用网络文本分析法,以长沙市七个景区的网上游客评价为研究数据,对城市旅游中的游客失望原因、失望评价以及失望行为反应展开研究。研究发现:在长沙市七个景区都存在游客失望现象,其中天心阁的失望度最大;游客失望原因分析发现,旅游目的地的管理因素最为突出,在旅游目的地管理的次因素中又以对景区独特性的失望最为显著,排在第二位的为不可抗因素,第三位为已有的旅游经验,同时心理障碍和游客行为也会对游客失望有影响;失望评价中,对景点没有记忆点、景点形象定位错误是游客失望评价中最频繁提及的方面;游客失望行为反应主要为提出改进建议和拒绝重复旅游两种方式。

Using online tourists’comments of seven major scenic spots in Changsha as the research data,this paper applies the online text analysis method to study the disappointment reasons,disappointment evaluations and disappointment behaviors of tourists in Changsha urban tourism to discover the disappointment problems of it.The study found that:among the seven scenic spots in Changsha,the overall disappointment is low,among which Tianxin Pavilion is the most disappointing;analysis of the reasons for disappointment found that the management of tourist destinations is the most prominent,and the second place is the irresistible factor,the third existing tourism experience,while psychological factors and other tourists’behaviors will also have an impact on the mood of tourists;in the disappointment evaluation,no memory point for the scenic spots,and the wrong positioning of the scenic spots is the most frequently mentioned aspects;the disappointment behavior of tourists serve to propose improving suggestions and refuse repeated travel.
