摘要 通过对职业人才培养与社会经济发展的适应性分析,阐明了现阶段职业教育技能衔接培养的重要性和必要性。在社会对技能人才层次要求高移的内在诉求下,结合成都市技师学院践行"3+4"预备技师技能贯通人才培养模式的具体情况,探讨了该模式的学历与技能、人才培养方案、课程教学、班级管理等方面的衔接措施,为全国技工院校开展技能贯通人才培养衔接提供借鉴模式。 Through the analysis of the adaptability between the vocational personnel training and the socio-economic development,this paper expounds the importance and necessity of the skills connection training of vocational education at this stage.Under the internal demand of the upshift of the skilled personnel’s level,combining the practice of"3+4"preparatory technician’s personnel training mode of consistent technical ability in Chengdu Technician College,this paper probes into the connection measures of the qualifications and skills,the personnel training program,course teaching and class management.It provides a reference mode for the technician colleges in our country to carry out the linking up of the consistent personnel training.
