摘要
我国将大力发展高职教育作为国家提升竞争力的重要举措,师资队伍建设是其关键环节,审思当前我国高职师资队伍建设现状,新入职教师的角色冲突问题是制约其发展壮大的瓶颈。基于角色理论找出新入职教师角色冲突的主要矛盾,加以针对性分析并试图探索化解新入职教师角色冲突的可实施路径。
Our country will vigorously develop higher vocational education as an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of our country.Teaching staff construction is the key link.With reflection on the present situation of the teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges,the role conflict of the newly recruited teachers is the choke point to restrict its development and growth.Based on the role theory,the paper finds out the main contradictions of the newly recruited teachers’role conflict,and makes a targeted analysis and tries to explore the implementable ways to resolve the role conflict of the newly recruited teachers.
