印章法行后牙树脂美学修复的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of resin for aesthetic restoration of posterior teeth by seal technique

目的应用印章法进行复合树脂修复充填后牙的窝沟龋,观察其临床美学效果。方法选取55例62颗患牙,先制作树脂印章,经牙体微创制备,而后采用复合树脂分层充填,咬合调整,精细抛光,分别于术后1周,6、12个月进行复查,参考美国公共卫生服务标准评价体系(USPHS)标准对其临床效果进行追踪评价。结果 62例充填体1周、6、12个月的成功率分别为100%、96.15%、92.30%。结论印章法复合树脂修复后牙窝沟龋,恢复窝沟解剖外形,具有接近天然牙体组织美学效果,操作快捷,临床修复效果令人满意。

Objective To observe the clinical aesthetic effect of composite resin used in the restoration of caries of posterior teeth.Methods 62 teeth of 55 patients were selected.The seal of resin was made first and the teeth were prepared by minimally invasive method.Then the composite resin was used for stratified filling,occlusion adjustment,fine polishing,and reexamination was carried out at 1-week,6-months and 12-months after operation,respectively.The clinical effect was evaluated by referring to the(USPHS)standard of American public health service criterions system.Results The success rate of 62 cases of filling body in 1 week and 12 months were 100%,96.15% and 92.30% respectively.Conclusion Composite resin is effective in repairing posterior caries and restoring its anatomical shape by seal technique,which is close to the aesthetic effect of natural teeth tissue,and is operated quickly,and the clinical repair effect is satisfactory.
