分析Vitapex糊剂联合根管填充治疗小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的近期疗效

Analysis of the recent efficacy of Vitapex paste combined with root canal filling in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis in children's deciduous teeth

目的针对出现小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的患者选取Vitapex糊剂联合根管填充治疗,对其近期疗效进行分析。方法本研究主要是在2016年3月～2018年6月期间选取我院所收治的存在小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的患者70例来展开研究,将纳入对象进行随机平均分组,对照组采用常规的填充治疗,研究组则选择Vitapex糊剂联合根管填充治疗,对比两组治疗效、三个月后复发情况以及疼痛评分。结果进行比较得出,研究组治疗效果优于对照组的,且研究组三个月后复发率以及疼痛评分均比对照组的低,实施统计学分析具有显著差异。结论对于存在乳牙慢性根尖周炎的小儿患者可以选用Vitapex糊剂联合根管填充治疗,其效果显著且近期很少会复发,治疗后也不会造成太大的疼痛感。

Objective To select Vitapex paste combined with root canal filling for children with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods From March 2016 to June 2018,70 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of infantile deciduous teeth were selected from our hospital.The control group was treated with routine filling,while the study group was treated with Vitapex paste combined with root canal filling.The curative effect,recurrence after 3 months and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results Were compared and the results were compared.The effect of treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate and the pain score in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months.Conclusion Vitapex paste combined with root canal filling can be used to treat children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.The effect is significant and rarely recurred in the near future,and it will not cause too much pain after treatment.
