摘要
试验以红玉鱼腥草幼苗为材料,采用LED蓝色光质(白光为对照)为光源,研究了蓝色光质处理对其叶片结构和光合特性的影响。结果表明,与白光(CK)处理的相比,在蓝光光质处理下的幼苗期平均叶片厚度、叶脉厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度分别增加了1.13倍、1.08倍、1.12倍、1.19倍、1.35倍和1.23倍;叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量分别增加了1.47倍、1.59倍和1.33倍;而光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别降低了1.11倍、0.75倍、1.15倍和0.77倍。这表明蓝光不仅有利于增强红玉鱼腥草幼苗叶片的生长,而且可以促进叶绿素的合成。
This experiment used LED blue light as the light source and Houttuyniacordata Thund seedlings as materials,it studied the effect of blue light treatment to the leaf anatomical structures and photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings,the results showed that:compared with white light treatment (CK),the average thickness of leaves,upper epidermis,lower epidermis,palisade tissue and spongy tissue of seedling under blue light treatment had increased 1.13、1.08、1.12、1.19、1.35 and 1.23 times respectively; chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophylla+bhad had increased 1.47、1.59 and 1.33 times respectively; but photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate had reduce1.11、0.75、1.15 and 0.77 times respectively.The result illustrated that blue light treatment is conducive to not only improving the vigorous growth of seedlings,but also promoting the chlorophyll synthesis.
