摘要
地膜覆盖技术对农业生产具有积极的促进作用,但长期使用会留下残膜影响土地肥力和农产品质量。近些年,新疆兵团机采棉由于残膜混入等问题导致棉花品质严重下降。为了解残膜混入机采棉的方式和途径,找出控制残膜混入机采籽棉的方法,采用现场观察、与土地承包户交谈、视频和图片采集及作业现场跟踪等方法,对北疆地区部分主要植棉团场的籽棉流转各个环节进行跟踪调研。通过整理分析调研资料得出各环节中残膜混入的方式和途径,并提出具体方法进行控制,减少残膜混入机采棉的几率,提升机采棉品质。
Plastic film mulching technology has a positive effect on agricultural production,but long-term usage would leave residual film which will affecting land fertility and quality of agricultural products.In recent years,the quality of machine picked cotton corps of XPCC has suffered serious degradation due to residual film mix in issues.To understand the ways and means of the mixing residual film in machine picked cotton,explore the ways of controlling the degradation,by adapting the methods of field tracking,interviewing,video and photo collection and job site tracking the research tracked all aspects of seed cotton circulation in particular major cotton plantations in northern Xinjiang.the research examined the ways and means of mixing in fims in the cotton,and put forward specific methods to control and reduce the residual film in the machine picked cotton,eventually to improve the quality of machine picked cotton.
