基于AMESim果园有机肥施肥机液压系统的仿真设计

摘要 针对新疆果园有机肥施肥过程中存在的施肥量与单双侧施肥调节困难等问题,设计了一种果园有机肥开沟施肥机的液压系统,利用液压技术实现输肥量以及单双侧施肥的自动化调节。通过理论计算,对液压系统中主要元件进行了选型,运用AMESim软件建立此液压系统的模型并对其工作过程进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该液压系统工作状态良好,性能稳定,验证了液压系统选型计算的合理性,并为果园有机肥施肥机的开发和改进提供可靠的理论依据。 In order to resolve the difficulties of adjusting the amount and changing sides during the organic fertilizer fertilization process in Xinjiang orchards,this paper designed a new hydraulic system for orchard organic fertilizer ditching fertilization machine,and the new design would achieve automatic adjustment of the amount and changing sides by applying hydraulic technique.Through theoretical testament,this paper identified the model of the main component in the hydraulic system and casted working process simulation on the model by using AMESim.As the result suggested,the model ran well,and had a stable performance.Thus,this paper demonstrated the reasonability of this hydraulic model,and provided a reliable theoretical basis for developing and improving the orchard organic fertilizer fertilization machine in the future.
