360度评估在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院住培管理中的实施与应用 被引量:11

Implementation and application of 360-Degree Evaluation in the standardized residency training programs in The first Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University

摘要 通过在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院住院医师规范化培训管理中实施360度评估,挖掘培训基地各级管理中存在的问题,将结果运用到培训管理的改善中以提升培训质量。以参与住院医师规范化培训及管理工作的各个专业基地、带教老师及住院医师为研究对象。通过网络收集360度评估问卷,并通过前中后期质量控制来保证问卷和数据的质量。所有数据处理后统一导入SPSS 20.0进行统计学分析。2016年1月至2017年9月期间本院共收到9 531份360度评估的有效问卷,平均每月收到454份问卷。结果显示:住院医师对医院培训工作整体满意度稳中有升;大容量专业基地各个月之间评估结果相差不大,小容量专业基地间评估结果相差较大;所有项目中,住院医师对带教老师满意度最高。住院医师对基地评估部分结果可用于挖掘培训基地、专业基地及带教人员在实施带教活动中存在的问题,并有针对性地用于提升整体教学管理工作。 This project intended to excavate the possible problems that existed in the management of residency training programs based on the experience accumulated in the implementation of the 360-Degree Evaluation in our hospital,and apply these information to the improvement of the management and promotion of training qualities.This study involved training hospitals,faculties as well as residents who were in the standardized training programs.The 360-Degree questionnaires were collected from the internet,and the qualities of the data were guaranteed by quality control systems conducted in the early,middle and end stages of the study.All data were processed with SPSS 20 for statistical analysis.Within the period between January 2016 and September 2017,our hospital had received 9 531 effective questionnaires,with an average of 454 questionnaires received per month.The results showed that the residents’satisfaction degrees towards hospitals’training programs were steadily improved.The evaluation results of various training bases showed that training bases with large capacity didn’t show much differences with time,while training bases that were relatively small had quite different evaluation results in different months.In all evaluation items,the residents had highest satisfaction with the faculties.The results of the residents'assessments of the training bases can be used to excavate the problems in training and teaching activities and improve the overall teaching management work.
