临床医学专业硕士英文写作焦虑影响因素研究 被引量:1

Influence factors on English writing anxieties in graduate students of clinical medicine

摘要 通过调查住院医师规范化培训期间专业硕士英文写作的焦虑程度,以分析写作者英文写作焦虑现状及其主要影响因素。使用专业问卷量表对临床医学"5+3"培养模式下专业硕士的英文写作焦虑情况进行调查,分析写作焦虑与写作策略使用情况之间的相关性。此外,调查科研选题、写作时间等外部因素对写作焦虑的影响,分析并总结当前临床医学专业硕士英文写作焦虑的重要影响因素。研究结果表明:写作策略与写作焦虑呈现负相关,说明写作策略是写作焦虑的重要影响因素,另外科研思路与选题和写作时间对写作焦虑也产生重要影响。在此基础上,进一步加强毕业后临床医学专业英文写作的教学指导与培训,并从多个层面探讨提高临床专业硕士英文论文数量与质量的有效方法,为缓解写作焦虑提升英文写作水平提出有价值的建议与参考,为医教协同的不断深化做出有益的探索。 This study investigated anxiety degrees for English writing in graduate students of clinical medicine,so as to analyze current situations of writing anxiety and its influencing factors.First,professional questionnaires were applied to access English writing anxiety situations for graduate students of clinical medicine.Second,the interrelationships between English writing anxiety and writing strategies were analyzed.In addition,many external factors such as topic selections and writing time were investigated for influence of writing anxiety,in order to analyze and summarize important influencing factors about writing anxiety.The results of the study showed that there was a negative correlation between writing anxiety and writing strategies.Therefore,it is an important influencing factor for writing anxiety.Also scientific ideas and topic selections and writing time both have significant impact on writing anxiety.Based on the main results,the teaching guidance and training for English writing in clinical medicine after graduation should be further strengthen,and effective methods for improving the quantity and quality of their paper should be discussed at multiple levels,so as to provide suggestions and reference for relieving writing anxiety of the students and it could also be helpful in constantly deepening medical education synergy.
