摘要
基于方志材料,运用计量方法,整理出明清时期贵州茶叶种植的分布状况。研究发现:明清时期贵州茶叶种植范围随时间的发展而扩大。在明代,贵州茶叶的分布范围主要以黔中苗岭中段区域和以遵义为中心的黔北区域为主;清代时,贵州茶叶种植扩大至黔西、黔西南、黔东南、黔东北等地区。发展的原因主要与优势的地理环境、更为便利的交通、更为发达的贸易、产茶技艺的提升和劳动力的增加等因素有关。
Based on the local Chronicles, the distribution of tea planting in Guizhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties was sorted out by using the measurement method. The study finds that the tea planting scope in Guizhou expanded with the development of time in Ming and Qing dynasties. In the Ming dynasty, the distribution of tea in Guizhou was mainly in the middle Miaoling region of central Guizhou and the northern Guizhou region centered on Zunyi. During the Qing dynasty, tea cultivation in Guizhou expanded to west, southwest, southeast and northeast Guizhou. The reasons for the development are mainly related to the advantageous geographical environment, more convenient transportation, more developed trade, the improvement of tea production technology and the increasing labor force and other factors.
