摘要 要深刻理解《教育信息化2.0行动计划》(以下简称"行动计划"),除了厘清"行动计划"的时代背景和现实需求、我国信息化战略及教育信息化的发展脉络,明晰"行动计划"基本内容框架,研读高层领导及专家学者的解读文献以外,还可以通过绘制"行动计划"思维导图凝练要点、整体把握,通过持续跟踪专家学者的最新解读和词频统计分析梳理出重要关键词,加深理解。最后也是最重要的一步是明晰教育信息化2.0时代教师的新角色,找准切入点,制定适合自己的行动计划,做教育信息化2.0的行动者。"行动计划"的本质核心主旨是激发和引领信息技术与教育教学深度融合及创新行动。职业院校教师应多方寻求机会,积极参与"行动计划"的八大行动,特别是"信息素养全面提升行动",全面提升信息素养和信息化教学能力,成为新时代的数字桥梁、信息化教学设计者、数字化学习资源开发者、信息化教学实施及评价者、信息化教学研究与创新者、网络化学习示范者和个人知识管理高手。 To understand the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan(hereinafter referred to as the "action plan"), in addition to clarifying the time background of "action plan" and the reality needs, the informatization strategy and the development of education informatization in our country, the basic content framework of the "action plan", the study of interpretation literatures of senior leaders and experts, we can also draw a mind map of the "action plan" to realize the overall grasp, keep track of the latest interpretation of experts and scholars, tease out the important keywords by conducting the word frequency statistics analysis, and deepen the understanding. The last and most important step is to clarify the new role of teachers in the education informatization 2.0 era, seek the right chance to make a suitable action plan, and be the actor of education informatization 2.0. The essence of the action plan is to stimulate and lead the deep integration and innovation of information technology with education and teaching. To seek for more opportunities, vocational colleges teachers should actively participate in the eight big actions of the "action plan", especially the "InformationLiteracy-Improvement Action", so as to improve the information literacy and information technology teaching ability, become a digital bridge of the new era, the information-based teaching designer, the developer of digital learning resources, the implementer and evaluator of information-based teaching, the researcher and innovator of information-based teaching, the demonstrator of network learning and the master of personal knowledge management.
