摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈、个案研究等方式,调研广西区内中高职职业院校教师信息化教学能力现状,调研发现,职业院校教师对信息化教学内涵缺乏理解,没有充分掌握信息化教学的知识与能力,职业院校缺乏信息化资源与环境。依托广西职业院校信息化教学指导委员会,提出"一个标准,两个制度,三个体系"的教师信息化教学能力提升策略。这一策略对于加快广西职业教育信息化进程、培养优秀的信息化教学师资队伍、提高职业教育人才培养质量等方面起到了积极的推动作用。
By conducting the questionnaire surveys,interviews,case studies,this paper makes a study of teachers'information-based teaching ability of vocational colleges in Guangxi.It is found that vocational college teachers are inefficient in the understanding of information-based teaching connotation and not fully grasping the knowledge and ability of information-based teaching;vocational colleges is shortage of the information resources and the environment as well.Relying on the guidance of Guangxi Vocational College Informationbased Teaching Steering Committee,this paper puts forward the strategy of"one standard,two rules and three systems"to improve teachers'information-based teaching ability.This strategy has played a positive role in accelerating the process of informatization of vocational education in Guangxi,cultivating excellent information-based teaching faculty and improving the quality of vocational education talent training.
