翻转课堂教学中提升课前自主学习实效性的策略——以高职“网页制作”教学为例

摘要 针对"网页制作"翻转课堂课前自主学习中存在的主要问题——学习材料缺乏设计,学习指导缺乏设计,学习时间与目标难度不匹配等,提出提升课前自主学习实效性的策略:丰富"先学"的学习资源,精准匹配学习目标,设计高效的课前学习指导,合理匹配学习时间与目标难度,鼓励学生展示自我价值,加强课前即时的监督与反馈等。 There are many existing problems in the flipped classroom teaching of Webpage Making such as the lack of planning of learning materials and design of learning guidance, the mismatch between learning time and target, etc. Based on these problems, this paper proposes strategies to improve the effectiveness of autonomous learning before class: enriching the learning resources for "learning first", accurately matching learning objectives, designing efficient learning guidance before class, reasonably matching learning time and difficulty of learning objectives, encouraging students to show their self-worth, strengthening immediate supervision and feedback before class, etc.
