互联网+背景下高职投资与理财专业学生职业能力培养探讨——以广西职业技术学院为例

Exploration on Vocational Ability Cultivation of Students Majoring in Investment and Financial Management of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Internet+——A Case Study of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College

互联网+对传统金融业的影响,客观上对高职投资与理财专业学生的职业能力有了更高的要求。根据学生的就业岗位,从方法能力、社会能力和专业能力角度对投资与理财专业学生的职业能力进行了解析,并从课程体系构建、实习实训基地建设、技能竞赛、线上线下混合式学习和课程学习评价机制等方面对职业能力培养进行了探讨。

The impact of Internet + on the traditional financial industry objectively requires higher vocational ability of students majoring in investment and financial management. According to the student’s employment positions and from the perspectives of approach ability, social ability and professional ability, this paper analyzes the vocational ability of students majoring in investment and financial management, and probes into the cultivation of vocational ability from the aspects of curriculum system construction, practice and training base construction, skill competition, online-offline blended learning and course learning evaluation mechanism.
