高职院校心理健康教育进驻学生公寓的实现路径探析——以广西职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Analysis of Psychological Health Education Applied in College Apartments——A Case Study of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College

在心理咨询师储备充足,咨询场地有保障的情况下,心理咨询延伸至公寓实有必要,具体途径包括:在学生公寓区设立"心情小屋",接待学生咨询;在公寓区,运用宣传栏、微信群、舍长群等载体进行心理健康知识的宣传;以宿舍为单位,开展心理健康第二课堂活动,普及心理健康知识;发挥班级心理委员、舍长作为心理健康"信息员"的作用,加强朋辈辅导;充分发挥和调动班主任、辅导员、公寓管理员的作用和积极性,落实三全育人。

It is necessary to extend psychological consultation to the students’ apartment under the condition of sufficient reserves of psychological consultants and guaranteed consulting sites. We can serve our college students in the following aspects: setting a special place called "mood cabin" in the students’ apartment area to welcome students for consulting; publicizing the psychological health knowledge in the apartment bulletin boards, WeChat groups, QQ groups of dormitory leaders; carrying out the second classroom activities to popularize psychological health knowledge; strengthening the function of the "information officer" of psychological committee of the class as well as dormitory leaders, and with the help of class teachers, counselors and apartment administrators to implement the three-full education.
