如意金黄散配合水胶体敷料预防输注华蟾素所致静脉炎的效果观察

External application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with hydrocolloid dressings in prevention of cinobufagin-induced phlebitis

目的观察如意金黄散配合水胶体敷料预防华蟾素静脉输注所致静脉炎的效果。方法选取采取静脉输注华蟾素的患者30例,随机分成试验组和对照组,各15例。对照组单独使用水胶体外敷,试验组采用如意金黄散配合水胶体敷料外敷,比较2组静脉炎发生情况及视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)。结果试验组静脉炎发生率低于对照组(13.33% vs.40.00%,P <0.05),试验组VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论如意金黄散配合水胶体敷料外敷能有效预防静脉输注华蟾素所致静脉炎的发生,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with hydrocolloid dressings in prevention of cinobufagin-induced phlebitis.Methods Totally 30 patients with intravenous treatment of cinobufagin were assigned to the study group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.Hydrocolloid dressing was used to prevent the cinobufagin-induced phlebitis in both two groups,and patients in the study group were given external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder.The incidence of cinobufagin-induced phlebitis and pain degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of cinobufagin-induced phlebitis was 13.00%(2/15) in the study group and 40.00%(6/15) in the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) of pain was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Ruyi Jinhuang powder and hydrocolloid dressings is effective to prevent the cinobufagin-induced phlebitis and reduce the pain degree of patients.
