精细化护理干预模式在四肢骨折患者围手术期中的应用

Effect of refined nursing in peri-operative patients with limb fractures

目的分析手术室精细化护理干预模式在四肢骨折患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法将2016年2月—11月接受常规手术室护理干预的42例患者作为对照组,2016年12月—2017年9月接受精细化护理干预的42例患者作为研究组。比较2组护理质量、护理差错事件发生率以及手术室采样监测合格率。结果研究组采样合格率及护理质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护理差错事件总发生率2.38%(1/42),低于对照组的14.29%(6/42),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.896,P=0.048)。结论手术室精细化护理干预模式可减少四肢骨折患者围手术期护理差错事件发生风险,提高手术室护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of refine operating room nursing in peri-operative patients with limb fractures.Methods Totally 42 patients receiving routine operating room nursing from February to November 2016 were selected as control group,while 42 cases receiving refine operating room nursing from December 2016 to September 2017 were as research group.The nursing quality,incidence of nursing error events,and sample pass rate of both groups were compared.Results The sample pass rate and nursing quality in research group were superior to those in control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of nursing error events of research group was 2.38%(1/42),lower than that [14.29%(6/42) ] of control group(χ~2= 3.896,P = 0.048).Conclusion Refine operating room nursing can obviously reduce occurrence risk of peri-operative nursing error events,and improve the nursing quality of operating room.
