儿童牙科全麻治疗后的护理及健康教育

Nursing management and health education after pediatric dental treatment under general anesthesia

选取2017年1月—12月于儿童牙科门诊配合全麻技术完成口腔治疗的患儿105例,回顾性分析临床资料,调查术后复诊原因。收集患儿术后口腔日常护理情况的资料。共调查348人次,术后复诊(448次)原因:定期复查368(82.14%)次,填充物脱落34(7.59%)次,口腔疼痛及其他不适46(10.27%)次。收集患儿术后口腔日常护理情况的资料发现,口腔健康知识掌握不佳主要表现为患儿精细饮食、偏甜食(28.16%),未正确进行口腔保健(25.00%)。对实施儿科全麻治疗的患儿应该重视治疗后的健康教育,指导家长进行有效的口腔维护,帮助患儿养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。

This paper summarized the nursing measures and parental guidance on oral hygiene of children after dental treatment under general anesthesia.Totally 105 children with dental treatment under general anesthesia between January 2017 and December 2017 were included in this study.The reason of subsequent visits(n = 448) were investigated by analyze the clinical and follow-up data of children after the dental treatment.Totally 348 times of interviews with parents of children were conducted.The periodic visits(82.14%),loss of tooth fillings(7.59%) and oral pain(10.27%) were three main reasons of 448 times subsequent visits.According to the follow-date of daily oral care after treatment,the poor knowledge level of oral health in parents mainly reflected in two issues: prone to refined food or sugar(28.16%) intake and failed to take oral health(25.00%).It is required to enhance the health education after pediatric dental treatment under general anesthesia.Parents need education about measures of dental health maintenance and establishment of oral hygiene habits in children.
