摘要
本文对护理专业硕士研究生职业认同相关研究做一综述,浅析职业认同相关影响因素,并提出引导对策,旨在为提升护理专业硕士研究生教育质量提供参考。
This paper reviewed the studies of professional identity in postgraduate nursing students,briefly analyzed the the potential factors influcing the professional identity of postgraduate nursing students and proposed related guiding measures,in order to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
