摘要
某些中药提取物含有的黄酮类有效成分,对于紫外线具有广谱吸收能力,能够清除紫外辐射所诱导产生的活性氧自由基,从而发挥辐射保护作用。本研究中,利用超声提取法得到黄芩提取物,测定了总黄酮类有效物质的含量,通过紫外全波长扫描,确认该提取物具有吸收紫外辐射的效果。研究了不同质量浓度黄芩提取物对于活性氧化自由基——羟基自由基以及超氧阴离子的清除作用,并以大肠杆菌作为模型菌体进行了体外辐射试验,证实了黄芩总黄酮提物具有抗紫外辐射的作用,且该作用具有剂量依赖性。
Flavonoids effective components,which possess anti-ultraviolet radiation effect through absorbing a broad spectrum of ultraviolet radiation and eliminating reactive oxygen species induced by ultraviolet radiation,are abundant in extracts from some Chinese medicine.Thus,in this investigation,ethanol extracts were acquired firstly through ultrasonic method and total flavonoid content was measured.On the basis of full wave scanning in ultraviolet area,absorptive effect of ultraviolet radiation was confirmed for ethanol extracts.Afterwards,eliminative effects of hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion were studied and in vitro anti-ultraviolet experiments were established using E.coli as model bacteria.Through this investigation,it was confirmed that ethanol extracts from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi do have anti-ultraviolet radiation effect and this effect is dose dependent.
