诸葛亮辅政思想对新时代秘书人员的启示

诸葛亮是中国秘书史上的杰出人物之一,历侍两任皇帝,为官几十载,品德、才干颇受皇帝赏识,对蜀汉政权的建立和治理做出了重要贡献。文章从提高新时代秘书综合素养的角度探讨诸葛亮辅政思想,挖掘它对于新时代秘书的借鉴价值。其借鉴价值主要表现在充分的秘书职业化准备意识、高尚的秘书个人品质、严谨的秘书职业态度、高超的沟通协调和人际交往艺术、扎实的秘书公文写作技能等五个方面,在新时代依然值得秘书推崇和学习。

Zhuge Liang is one of the outstanding figures in the history of Chinese secretaries.He served two emperors for several decades,and his virtues and talents were well appreciated by the emperors because he made important contributions to the establishment and governance of the Shuhan regime.This paper discusses Zhuge Liang's thought of assisting the governance from the angle of improving the comprehensive accomplishment of the secretary in the new era,and reveals its implications for a qualified secretary in the new era in five aspects:full professional consciousness of secretarial preparation,noble quality,strict professional attitude,superb communication and coordination and interpersonal skills,and good writing skills.,which has much significance to the secretary in the new era.
