职业学校校长应具有的六个能力维度

摘要 党的十九大报告对职业教育提出了"完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作"的要求。一个好校长可以成就一所好学校,校长作为学校发展的"领头雁",对学校发展起到至关重要的作用。要做好职业学校校长应具备六个能力维度,即思维的深度、眼界的宽度、协作的广度、执行的力度、容人的气度和迷人的风度。唯如此,才能引领学校不断发展,从而成为一位好校长,直至名校长。 The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the requirements of"perfecting the vocational education and training system,deepening the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise cooperation"for vocational education.A good principal can make a good school.As the leader of the school development,the principal plays a vital role in the school development.To do a good job,the principals of vocational schools should have six ability dimensions,namely,the depth of thinking,the breadth of vision,the breadth of cooperation,the strength of execution,the tolerance and the charming demeanor.Only in this way can they lead the schools to develop continuously,and become good principals,even famous ones.
