Since the establishment of JI Shi-you's Electromechanical Technology studio,it has adhered to the principle of cultivating people by virtue,and has strived to be a guide for the students to seek for higher achievements;it has adhered to exploration and innovation in order to be a practitioner of the teaching reform;it has adhered to the pioneering role in order to be the leader of a team of famous teachers;and it has adhered to the road of industry-education integration to be a good cooperator of enterprises.The teaching mode of"four stages"and"three cohesions"has realized"four transformations".With all kinds of competitions,subject research,curriculum development and school-enterprise cooperation as the starting point,it promotes the common growth of the students,teachers and enterprises.
