摘要 嵇士友机电技术工作室成立以来,坚持立德树人,做学生向上向善的引路人;坚持探索创新,做教学改革的实践者;坚持率先垂范,做名师团队的领衔人;坚持走产教互融之路,做对接企业的知心人。"四阶段""三对接"的教学方式,实现了"四个转变"。以各类大赛、课题研究、课程开发、校企合作为抓手,推动了学生、教师、企业的共同成长。 Since the establishment of JI Shi-you's Electromechanical Technology studio,it has adhered to the principle of cultivating people by virtue,and has strived to be a guide for the students to seek for higher achievements;it has adhered to exploration and innovation in order to be a practitioner of the teaching reform;it has adhered to the pioneering role in order to be the leader of a team of famous teachers;and it has adhered to the road of industry-education integration to be a good cooperator of enterprises.The teaching mode of"four stages"and"three cohesions"has realized"four transformations".With all kinds of competitions,subject research,curriculum development and school-enterprise cooperation as the starting point,it promotes the common growth of the students,teachers and enterprises.
