基于“做学合一、怡情励志”的职业体验课程包开发与实施 被引量:2

Development and Implementation of Vocational Experience Curriculum Package Based on the "Integration of Practicing and Learning, Cultivating One's Temperament and Encouragement"

摘要 职业体验课程对于培育中职学生核心素养、引导学生职业规划、服务大众终身学习具有积极作用。职业体验课程包的项目选题应符合典型性、普适性、短小性、易学性等原则,课程包开发力求基于职业情境,体现做学合一、过程创生、活动建构,倡导区域共建共享。职业体验课程的教学应遵循行动导向教学范式,按照激趣思学、观摩仿学、协商定学、体验做学、赏评励学、延伸拓学等六步组织教学实施,使学生体验一个项目、了解一门职业、感受一种文化、培育一份志趣。 Vocational experience course plays an active role in cultivating secondary vocational students'core literacy,guiding their career planning and serving the public lifelong learning.The project selection of vocational experience curriculum package should conform to the principles of typicality,universality,shortness and ease of learning.The development of curriculum package should be based on the professional situation,embodying the integration of practicing and learning,process creation,activity construction,and advocating regional co-construction and sharing.The teaching of vocational experience course should follow the action-oriented teaching paradigm and organize teaching implementation according to six steps:stimulating interest,imitation,negotiation,experiencing learning,rewarding and extension,so as to enable the students to experience a project,understand a profession,experience a culture and cultivate an interest.
