工程造价管理是控制项目成本的重要手段,加拿大、法国、德国、日本、美国以及国内通行的措施各有不同,各种控制模式各有优劣。当前我国工程造价管理存在管理观念落后、法律法规不完善、高素质人才稀缺等问题。因此,应当重视投资估算、加强项目成本管理、做到量价分离、注重细节处理和安全管理,实现有效的工程造价管理。

Engineering cost management is an important means to control project costs. The measures adopted in Canada, France,Germany, Japan, the United States and China are different. It is necessary to study advantages and disadvantages of various control modes. However, there are currently problems such as backward management concepts, imperfect laws and regulations, and scarcity of high-quality talents. Therefore, we should attach importance to investment estimation, strengthen project cost management, separate volume and price, pay attention to detail processing and safety management.
