摘要 针对目前应用型本科教学质量评价中的不足,基于模糊数学原理,建立了教学质量模糊综合评判模型。该模型以教学过程和教学效果为一级评价指标,以明确教学目的、贯彻教学原则、合理安排教学结构、灵活使用教学方法、是否达到教学目标、学生的积极性与课堂气氛等为二级评价指标。采用模糊集法确定隶属函数,层次分析法确定各指标权重。计算结果表明,其思路清晰,能够直观、快速地确定教师的教学质量等级,与实际情况较为相符。 To address the problem with quality evaluation of application-oriented undergraduate teaching, this paper aims to build a fuzzy comprehensive assessing model for teaching quality based on principles of fuzzy mathematics. In this model, teaching process and effects are considered primary assessing index, clear teaching targets, applying teaching principles, reasonablearrangement of teaching structures, using flexible approaches to teaching methods, whether achieving teaching targets, students’ initiatives and class environment are secondary index. Fuzzy set method is used to determine membership function, analysis hierarchy process is adopted to determine every index weight. The results show that this model reflects the reality because it provides clear, visual and quick assessments of teachers’ teaching quality.
