摘要
以血小板为例,在保障供应的前提下,以优化过期率为目标,通过数学建模和计算机仿真优化,探讨了不同供应波动程度下,保质期延长和控制策略对于血液供应链绩效的影响,并得到如下管理建议:第一,控制血液供应波动可以降低血液供应链系统过期率;第二,采用集中控制不仅可以降低血液供应链过期率,还可以使血液供应链在多变的供应环境中维持较为稳定的供应链绩效;第三,在分散控制时,延长保质期可以极大程度地降低血液供应链系统过期率。
We proposed a platelet supply chain model with objective function of minimizing outdating rate within specific service level,and used MATLAB to simulate and optimize the proposed model. We discuss how supply fluctuation degrees,extended residual shelflives and control strategies affect supply chain performance. The simulation optimization results indicate: 1)reducing supply fluctuation,2) taking centralized control strategy,3) extending maximal residual shelflife,can reduce blood supply chain outdating rate and achieve better supply chain performance.
