结合学校特色的冷链物流课程教学研究

Research on Teaching of Cold Chain Logistics Combined College Features

随着我国冷链物流业的迅速发展,各高校的物流工程和物流管理专业都陆续开展了冷链物流相关课程的教学。文中就《冷链物流》课程的教学内容和教学方法进行了分析,提出围绕上海海洋大学的水产和食品专业特色开展综合性教学的课程建设思路。

With the rapid development ofcold chain logistics,many logistics engineering and logistics management ofcolleges have successively carried out the teaching of cold chain logistics and related courses. With analysis on teaching content and methods of cold chain logistics,this paper proposes a way of comprehensive teaching considering features of Shanghai Ocean University.
