摘要
文中结合高职院校学生顶岗实习工作开展现状,从学生、学校、企业三个层面,分析了顶岗实习中存在的主要问题,并提出了具体的应对策略,为实践教学管理提供参考。
Based on the current situation of students' post practice in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in these post practice from the perspectives of students,schools and enterprises.It proposes specific countermeasures and provides reference for practical teaching management.
